Further tests: following a review of your responses to the Novator health questionnaire, the doctor may recommended further tests not included in the module you have selected. You will be contacted about this.
Please note extra tests may incur an additional cost.
You may go to any local Awanui Lab for the blood test collection.
Timing:
The Novator health questionnaire will to be sent to you by email at the time of booking. Please return the completed questionnaire at least 20 days before your booked Novator clinic appointment. This gives us time to review it and send the referrals for the blood tests and imaging.
To make sure your results are available at the time of your appointment have the blood test and imaging completed at least 10 days before Novator clinic appointment.
If you are having the cardiometabolic and exercise tests it is recommended that you bring or wear comfortable workout clothing and exercise shoes.
Personal healthcare at a level most general practitioners simply do not have the time to offer.
Your assessment may take up to 3 hours at our Henderson, Auckland clinic.
Before your appointment you will be asked to provide a blood test and to complete the Novator health questionnaire, at least 20 days before your Novator clinic appointment. You will be asked to provide a blood test at least 10 days before the appointment. If you are having a whole-body MRI scan this needs to be done at least 10 days before your Novator clinic appointment.
The Doctor will take your medical history and carry out a full physical examination. You will have tests according to which module you chose. See details of each module.
Your test results will be reviewed and the Doctor will discuss these and any other findings with you and recommend a personal, preventative health plan with you. The Doctor will organise any required further testing and referrals. Your health findings and recommendations will be sent to you in writing within 14 working days.
