For Comprehensive and Advanced assessments
- Schedule a convenient time for your assessment.
- Receive patient information and Novator health questionnaire. Complete questionnaire and submit it at least 20 days prior to clinic appointment.
- Go to the laboratory for tests, at your own convenience at least 10 days before your visit.
- Please let us know if there are any special tests or imaging you particularly need so that we can add these to the request and give you a price if not included in the service being booked and organise before your visit to the clinic.
- Arrive at the clinic.
- Measurements are undertaken first and then the consultation with the Doctor to review, explain and discuss test results, assessments and findings. Follow up referrals to specialists may be recommended and organised if required.
- Report sent within 14 days of visit.
- You can request to have a reminder if you wish to have a further assessment with us in the future.
For Insight and Total Insight assessments
- Schedule a convenient time for your assessment.
- Receive patient information and Novator health questionnaire. Complete questionnaire and submit it at least 20 working days prior to clinic appointment.
- You will be contacted to arrange your MRI appointment
- Go to the laboratory for tests, at your own convenience at least 10 days before your visit.
- Please let us know if there are any special tests or imaging you particularly need so that we can add these to the request and give you a price if not included in the service being booked and organise before your visit to the clinic.
- The multi-organ MRI wellness scan will need to be booked at least 10 days prior to your visit and is located at a different site to the clinic.
- Arrive at the clinic.
